Message/Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary based on your interactions, active orders, and opted-in communications. On average, you may receive up to 2 messages per month.

Opt-out Instructions: To cancel and stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

General Terms

Bountiful Blossoms provides fresh floral arrangements, gifts, and event styling services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once we post them on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Because we work with fresh products, specific flowers and containers are subject to seasonal availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or greater value to maintain the overall look and feel of your arrangement.

Payment Policies

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars. We require full payment at the time you place your order. We accept all major credit cards and standard secure payment methods.

We may change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders you have already placed and paid for. If your payment method fails or is declined, we will cancel your order and notify you.

Delivery Terms

We deliver our floral arrangements to designated local areas. During the checkout process, you must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

While we do our best to meet your requested delivery date, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors like traffic, weather, and route changes. If the recipient is not home when we arrive, our delivery team will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area or with a trusted neighbor. We will leave a note or send a message to inform the recipient where to find their flowers.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Bountiful Blossoms website belongs to us. This includes our photographs, logo designs, text, graphics, and overall website layout. These materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for any business purpose without our clear written permission.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund, as we will have already processed and prepared the fresh flowers.

Because flowers are perishable items, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a clear photograph of the flowers. We will review the issue and happily provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Limitations of Liability

Bountiful Blossoms aims to provide excellent service, but we cannot guarantee that our website will always operate without interruptions or errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bountiful Blossoms will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or services. In any event, our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from their order will not exceed the total amount that was paid for that specific order.
